We appreciate your trust in Saashi. If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Refunds & Exchanges

We offer refunds and/or exchanges within 30 days of your purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase date, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Refunds & Exchanges

To be eligible:

  • Your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please note:

  • Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.

  • Items marked as gifts and shipped directly to you may be returned for a gift credit.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, email us at saashiae@shopsoftashia.com and send the item to the following address:

Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Gift cards

  • Certain health and personal care items

Partial refunds may be granted if:

  • The item is not in its original condition

  • It is damaged or missing parts not due to our error

  • The return is initiated more than 30 days after delivery

Return Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Recheck your bank account or payment method.

  2. Contact your credit card company—it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
